PK software your whole lab can use

NCA, compartmental PK and TMDD on your own data, in the browser, with guided inputs and an AI assistant that explains each result. No per-seat licence, no install, and no one person left being the modelling expert for everyone else.

No signup for the demo. Early access is free for academic labs.

What a run looks like

A single-dose IV bolus, eleven samples over 48 hours, one below the limit of quantification. The plot, the terminal-phase fit and every parameter below are computed from that data with the same rules the platform applies to yours.

Sample at 48 h is below LLOQ and excluded. C₀ back-extrapolated from the first two points. Every choice here — AUC rule, terminal window, BLQ handling — is a setting you control and is saved with the run.

Research labs

Analyze your study data

  • Paste or upload concentration–time data, map the columns, run NCA. The AUC rule, terminal window, BLQ handling and point exclusions are yours to set and are saved with every run.
  • Fit one- and two-compartment models against your observed points, single or repeat dose, IV bolus or infusion.
  • TMDD for antibodies and other biologics when exposure stops scaling with dose. CYP and transporter DDI from dose, fu, fm and Ki.
  • Every input comes with a default, a plausible range and a note on what it means, and Pylot AI explains each result against the data behind it. A rotation student can run a defensible analysis in their first week without anyone in the lab being the modelling expert.
  • Reopen, rerun and export any run. Compare two runs side by side and see exactly which inputs changed.
First session. Bring one completed study. We set it up with you and reproduce your existing NCA numbers alongside ours.
Teaching

Teach PK on something students can change

  • Students set clearance and volume, watch the curve and half-life respond, and check their prediction against a real NCA on the same data.
  • When a student asks why the half-life moved or what a poor terminal fit means, Pylot AI answers from the run on their screen, not a generic definition. Guided inputs keep them in a sensible range while they learn what each parameter does.
  • Runs in any browser. Nothing to install on student laptops, no licence to allocate per seat.
  • Accounts for the whole class, with a ready-made first exercise: a one-compartment IV bolus, then NCA of the resulting profile.
  • Every parameter and assumption stays visible, so the model is something to interrogate rather than a black box that emits a number.
First session. Tell us the course and class size. We set up the accounts and walk through the first exercise with you before your session.

How early access works

We are onboarding a first group of research and teaching labs and working with each one directly.

  1. 1

    Request access

One short form: your lab or course, roughly how many people, and what you want to run first.

  2. 2

    We set up your group

Accounts for everyone in your lab or class, with your first dataset or exercise loaded.

  3. 3

    First session together

On your data or your class plan, with a direct line to the people building the platform afterwards.

Request early access

Free for academic labs during early access. No card, no per-seat licence.
